arcoPlus® Ventilated Façade
Modular connector system made with arcoPlus® polycarbonate UV-protected panel, accompanied by special accessories designed for realizing ventilated facade and cladding façade.
It is a modular system consisting of multiwall polycarbonate panels snap-fitted with aluminum profiles, and fixed to the masonry walls using special brackets that ensure the surface flatness. It has been designed using 3 different types of panels in order to provide the most suitable solution for each project requirements, always ensuring high energy performances and aesthetic potential.

Easy Installation
The arcoPlus® Ventilated Facade System has been designed to offer a complete solution to build cladding-facade or curtain-translucent-walls where features such as air-circulation, thermal insulation, energy performance, and the healthiness both of materials and indoor-environments are essential. Moreover arcoPlus® comply with the new standards in the field of insulation materials usable for building envelop (ITE). The wide range of accessories, related to three types of panels suitable for realizing facades applications (arcoPlus626 – arcoPlus684 – arcoPlus 9207), makes versatile this system for creating striking design and for being easy to install and for achieving perfect new laying surface, regardless of the underlying structures. The internal multiwall panel’s structure joined to snap interlocking on the Alu profile with open joint gives to the panel a great flexural strength, allowing to build larger vertical installations without using of horizontal-breaker profiles. The snap lock system, the full set of accessories and all the perimeter profiles ensure water proofing and high resistance to wind pressure. In addition, with the aim of having a correct installation, it is advisable to use special perforated aluminum tapes for closing the air-channels at the end of the PC panels, that allow a proper ventilation and that prevent soiling accumulation over time. Finally, further advantages both of aesthetics and visual comfort are guaranteed by the potential of the surface treatments. They allow you to fully valorize the urban-redevelopment going to hide the old imperfections of the underlying walls for creating new contemporary aesthetics.
